Fomer US Ambassador to Nigeria has commented yesterday Nigeria Presidential elections, he said “In general, polling throughout the country seems to be orderly. On the other hand there have been allegations of technical difficulty and allegations of violence was especially in Delta and Rivers State and allegation of Boko Haram attacks in the north”.
